Welcome to BCCA-IN Resources

Did you know there are many no-fee services and resources available for newcomers transitioning their careers and lives to Canada, both before and after arriving?

BCCA – Integrating Newcomers is an Immigration Refugees and Citizenship Canada funded pre-arrival service provider organization dedicated to delivering one-on-one construction career coaching advice, tools, job leads, and connections for all destinations across Canada. We support newcomers with established construction experience or those interested in exploring employment opportunities in the industry for the first time, before immigrating. As a member of a Canada-wide network of construction associations and employers, we are uniquely positioned to equip you with the right tools to build your construction career faster.

We have compiled this Resources section to provide you with a sample of just some of the tailored advice we provide our eligible clients. But be warned, it is just the tip of our construction expertise iceberg! For one-on-one support, live job leads and relevant industry connections register with us today.

The BCCA – Integrating Newcomers program delivers webinars on a regular basis to eligible and potential clients to inform those approved for immigration and interested in entering the Canadian construction industry. We answer your career questions and share detailed information about the labour market, our services, the application process, and how our employment liaison specialists will support you via email, video chat, or social media messaging before you move to Canada. If you are interested in attending a webinar, please contact us at newcomers@bccassn.com and we’ll send you a list of upcoming events.
